Dave's Hot Chicken has signed a lease for another Connecticut location, this time in the Town of Hamden, Connecticut! The new restaurant will be located at 2165 Dixwell Avenue in Hamden, the former DiBella's Subs space at Hamden Village Fair! The plaza is currently home to a number of tenants including KPot, Yale Urgent Care, Liquorland, Gap, Chipotle, MyEyeDr, and KidStrong. The eatery serves Nashville hot chicken sandwiches, normal chicken sandwiches, tenders, bites, shakes, fries, slaw, mac & cheese, slushers of various flavors, and more. They sells a 'Hot Box Roulette' featuring a box of 10 chicken sliders with 4 mild, 5 medium, and 1 reaper (their hottest flavor.) The chain opened their first location in CT in Janaury and will open their second this Friday (3/14) in Newington. New locations are planned for Stamford, Southington, and now Hamden!
