Forever 21 has officially closed all of their locations including all Connecticut stores. The fast-fashion retailer announced their bankruptcy earlier this year with plans to wind down operations before summer.
The chain permanently closed their remaining stores earlier this week including the last two CT locations in Trumbull and West Hartford. Stores in Manchester, Waterford, Milford, and Mashantucket closed in the last few weeks. Forever 21 had store locations at: -Trumbull Mall at 5065 Main Street in Trumbull -The Shoppes at Buckland Hills at194 Buckland Hills Drive in Manchester -Westfarms at 1500 New Britain Avenue in West Hartford -Connecticut Post Mall at 1201 Boston Post Road in Milford -Crystal Mall at 850 Hartford Turnpike in Waterford -Tanger Outlets, Foxwoods at 455 Trolley Line Boulevard in Mashantucket The chain previously operated locations at the Meriden Mall. Danbury Fair, and Stamford Town Center. These locations closed in the years before this most recent bankruptcy filing. No word yet on what might replace Forever 21 at these malls.
