A new swim school is planned for Farmington! According to lease plans, Goldfish Swim School is planning a location at 1599 Southeast Road in Farmington, the current Barnes & Noble near Westfarms. A new leasing sign announces Goldfish Swim School will be opening a new location on the site in Fall 2026. A lease plan shows another national tenant is planned to occupy another portion of the building. No word yet on where/if Barnes & Noble will move nearby. The bookstore has nearby locations in West Hartford at Blue Back Square and Canton at The Shops at Farmington Valley. Goldfish has area locations in Manchester, Hamden, and Cromwell. Would you like to see B&N moved nearby? I would personally love to see them move into Westfarms Mall; maybe the old Forever 21 space?!
