A new Halal restaurant has opened in Farmington! Jeff’s Shack is NOW OPEN at 1365 Farmington Avenue in Farmington, the former Carol's Lunch Box eatery (Carol's moved to 14 Westwoods Drive in Farmington.) The new Halal restaurant opened their doors on May 16th. The menu features platters (including chicken and lamb serves over rice), chicken-lamb-veggie gyros, hot dogs, chili dogs, and sides including hummus, pita, and baklava for dessert. The restaurant is named as Jeffrey Van Scott, a local business owner who also owned the old McCallum Building where Jeff's Shack is now situated. Jeffrey passed away in an accident in 2023. Check them out at 1365 Farmington Avenue in Farmington! The restaurant is open daily from 11am-7pm
