Russell Speeder's Car Wash has leased the former Ninety Nine restaurant at 54 Hazard Avenue in Enfield according to the landlord's recent lease plan. No timeline for the project has been announced, nor has it been revealed whether they will reuse the building or demolish it for a new building. The project is still subject to local approvals. The car wash chain has over 30 locations throughout Connecticut, Nebraska, New York, New Jersey, and Missouri. Russell Speeder's started over 50 years ago in Norwalk, CT.
