Hotcakes Family Restaurant has closed their doors in East Windsor. The space won’t be empty for long, The Original Ranch House will be opening soon! Hot Cakes was a popular breakfast and lunch spot located at 238 South Main Street in East Windsor. It has been a landmark since for over 2 decades! Serving home-style breakfast and lunch items including biscuits & gravy, omelette, burgers, sandwiches and more. The Original Ranch House will be moving into the building! The eatery is part of the local Ranch House chain with locations in Windsor and East Hartford. They will serve hot dogs, burgers, sandwiches, grinders, and much more. Work just started on the building in preparation for their opening. Stay tuned for opening info!
