CAVA has set the opening date for their new Danbury location! The new fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant will open their doors open Friday, October 17th! CAVA is located at 4 Backus Avenue in Danbury, part of The Shops at Marcus Dairy. The opening will kick-off with a free reservation-only Community Day on Thursday, October 16th; guests will be able to enjoy a free lunch or dinner. CAVA will be accepting and matching donations up to $1000, with proceeds going to Spooner House. These donations will support their mission of providing food, shelter and support services to people in need. They serve falafel, shawarma, lamb, griled chicken, steak, and more; paired with a variety of greens, sauces, and feta. CAVA has been growing their Connecticut presence in recent years including locations in Newington, Westport, Greenwich, Shelton, and now Danbury!
