CAVA is coming soon to Danbury!
CAVA will be opening a new location at The Shops at Marcus Dairy, a shopping plaza at 3 Sugar Hollow Road. The restaurant will occupy 2,600 square feet of space in the shopping center. The restaurant will be located in an outparcel to the plaza, the space formerly occupied by Vision Works. CAVA is a Mediterranean chain of restaurants that serve pita wraps, grain bowls, and salads with meats likes grilled steak, chicken, falafel, and lamb meatballs. All entrees are customizable with different greens, sauces, and more. CAVA currently has 3 locations in Connecticut including Newington, Greenwich, and Westport. The chain has another CT location coming soon in Shelton. A timeline for the new Danbury location was not immediately available.
