The Lunette has permanently closed their doors after 7 months of business.
The restaurant was located at 41 Bridge Street in the Collinsville section of Canton; it opened in late November 2024. The Lunette was owned by Brewery Legitimus. The Lunette served pub-style food, craft beer, and cocktail from their restaurant; giving stunning views of the Farmington River. The restaurant had rave reviews, averaging 4.5 out of 5 stars on Google and Facebook. The restaurant cited challenges in maintaining adequate staffing along with rising operational costs for the closure. The owners will replace gift cards to The Lunette with gift cards to Brewery Legitimus.
