A new restaurant has signed onto The Shops at Stone Bridge development in Cheshire! Ramen & Bao (R&B) is coming soon to the new development. The restaurant is an Asian bistro; serving a wide variety of gourmet ramen and bao dumplings. You'll also find scallion pancakes, fried rice, Taiwanese Fried Chicken, Spring Rolls, Boba, and much more. R&B will occupy 2,354 square feet of space in an out-building in the development, they will be next to the new Chipotle. The eatery has an existing location in Oxford at Quarry Walk and an additional location under development. The restaurant is planned to open in Spring of 2026! The development will start opening this fall with tenants including Birdcode, Saybrook Home, Chipotle, Choice Pet Supply, Blender Bar, Shake Shake, Verizon, and others. Whole Foods, TJ Maxx, Mercato, BluPointe, Starbucks and other are expected to open sometime this winter.
