Starbucks and Dave's Hot Chicken are planned for Brookfield! Both restaurants are planned for a building at 112 Federal Road in Brookfield. Starbucks and Dave's have both signed longtime 10 year leases for their spaces. Starbucks is expected to feature a drive-thru, an option their other nearby location does not have. A small patio will accompany the new coffee shop. Dave's Hot Chicken is expanding across CT with new locations planned to pop up in many towns including Newington (opening 03/14), Stamford, Hamden, and Southington. The restaurant serves Nashville-hot chicken sandwiches and much more. No timeline has been announced for either restaurant's opening.
