Lots of business news for Bristol! Check it out! -After nearly 18 years at 170 Riverside Avenue, Monterrey Mexican Restaurant will be relocating to a brand-new space at Centre Square this fall. The restaurant will be located at 96 North Main Street. Stay tuned! -Chick Fil A is under construction on their new Bristol location! The chicken restaurant will be located at 1251 Farmington Avenue. The restaurant will open later this year. -Ocean State Job Lot will relocate their Bristol location from Bristol Plaza to the former Shaw's/Walmart Neighborhood Market at 325 Oakland Street. No timeline has been announced for their relocation; though their current space is be marketed for lease. Ocean State Job Lot bought the building of their new store last year -The Paper Store has reopened their Bristol location at their new space! The stationery and gift store moved from Bristol Plaza to 594 Farmington Avenue, the former Pier One Imports store. Join them for their grand opening celebration on Saturday (06/07) and Sunday (06/08) for giveaways and festivities all day long. -Tropical Smoothie Cafe has opened their new Bristol cafe! The smoothie and acai bowl restaurant is located at 123 Farmington Avenue in Bristol, at Bristol Commons. The restaurant will occupy the long-vacant Family Haircut space at Bristol Commons, between AT&T and Bite & Tea. The new car wash will feature a single tunnel drive-thru express car wash with vacuums. Look for them to open in the coming months.
