Burgers N' Bites is closing its doors in Bethel after nearly 2 years of business. The eatery's last day of business will be March 23rd according to a post on their Facebook page. The burger restaurant is located at 1 PT Barnum Square in Downtown Bethel. The burger bar opened in May of 2023. They opened in the old Famous Pizza space once they relocated to a new space next door. They served a variety of delicious burgers, shakes, ice cream, chicken sandwiches, soups, hotdogs, wraps, salads, and more. The restaurant said in their closing announcement: "To the Town of Bethel and the surrounding areas - Thank you for your support over the last few years. Unfortunately Burgers N Bites will not be renewing its lease at the end of this month. Our last day open will be Sunday, March 23rd."
