It appears that Jimmy Seas Pan Pasta is no more.
The Martha's Vineyard favorite opened the doors in Avon, their third location, in late 2023. The restaurant was located at 320 West Main Street in Avon, the Westridge Shops. The restaurant announced plans to close in June of 2024, but reversed course. Jimmy Seas opted to reinvent itself, offering small portions and lunch options. The restaurant is known for their pan-to-table approach; with the pasta dishes served in the cooking pan. The Avon location was recently listed for sale. Find the listing here: https://www.facebook.com/market.../item/1040120798149886/... or here: https://www.ctrestaurantbrokers.com/ The listing reads: "Take advantage of this asset sale for a closed restaurant offering 1,568 sqft of prime space and an existing liquor license. The restaurant is equipped with nearly new, top-of-the-line equipment, all less than a year old. With an 8-year lease remaining and 5 five-year options, this location offers long-term stability. The asking price is $149,000 or best offer, with monthly rent of $3,136, plus CAM charges, totaling approximately $4,000. Bring your own concept and make this space your own. Listing provided by CT Restaurant Brokers." The restaurant started in Oak Bluffs on Martha's Vineyard before expadning to Loon Mountain, NH; and Avon, CT. Owner Will Craffey purchased the business in 2014. Will Craffey no longer operates the Oak Bluffs location. Mr.Craffey still owns the business and real estate with plans to sell to the operator in 2027. We reached out to Jimmy Seas to confirm the closure and did not hear back. Calls to the business were not answered nor returned. The restaurant listing show the restaurant as closed. Hat tip to The Scoop Avon who reported the closing last week.
