A new bakery has opened in Avon! From Chan Bakeshop has opened their doors at 304 West Main Street in Avon, the former Edible Arrangements space. The bakery is owned by Chan Graham, formerly a pastry chef at Bounom, later she opened a restaurant at Parkville Market called “Chan Street Fusion” in Hartford. Chan has another location of 'From Chan' in Cromwell. The bakeshop features American classics, as well as French and Asian pastries. Gourmet coffee/espresso and handcrafted drinks will also be on the menu. Their amazingly delicious pastries include Danishes, Muffins, Cookies, Croissant, Cake, Breakfast Sandwiches, and much more.
