We have an update on the future redeveloped Industrial Surplus parcel at 337 Berlin Turnpike!
Summit Realty Partners is in charge of leasing for the property. They have released a site plan that includes both retail and industrial space. The former Industrial Surplus structure is currently being gutted and renovated for retail and industrial use, as well as a corner pad site for McDonald's and an additional 2-acre pad site along Deming Road. Goodwill has secured 23,680 sq. ft. of space in the retail portion of the new development. The thrift store chain previously operated a store a mile from the site at 45 Costello Road in Newington several years ago, which is now home to Deal Depot. There is room for up to 13,512 sq. ft. of retail next to the future store, and roughly 30,000 sq. ft. of industrial space combined.
