Toby's of East Hartford is coming soon to Vernon! The new Peruvian restaurant will open in the former Wang’s Buffet space at 295 Hartford Turnpike, Ocean State Plaza. The restaurant will occupy over 9,000 square feet. The Peruvian restaurant is currently located in East Hartford at 798 Silver Lane, but their building will soon be demolished for a future development of the site. The restaurant also has a location in Winsted at 127 Main Street. No opening date has been announced for the new restaurant.
