Former tux shop sold to local businessman!

The former Samuel LTD. Tux King building at 295 Talcottville Road has been sold!

The property was sold to 295 Talcottville Road LLC on September 3rd according to town records. The recorded value of the sale was $1.1 million.

The principal of 295 Talcottville Road LLC is South Windsor businessman Jagdev Toor. Jagdev Toor owns Toor Wine & Liquor in Windsor, owns 234 Talcottville Road (home to The Botanist), and is in the process of building a new plaza on the site of Pancho Loco's and Lucky Liquors (Toor's other liquor store.)

Samuel LTD Tux King closed their doors earlier this summer after over 40 years of business. The store owner was looking to retire after a long career. The store also featured an expansive bridal department until it shuttered in the early 2010s.
