There is a new distillery in Waterbury, Connecticut Distilling is NOW OPEN at 2066 Thomaston Avenue in Waterbury!
The distillery replaces Continuum, a distillery launched in March of 2020 at the same location. Everything is different from the previous venture except head-distiller Brandon Collins, he is a chemist by trade. The distillery has a number of liquors created from beer from local breweries including Charred (made from porters, stouts, and brown ales), Drops (made from IPAs), Fort Hill Small Batch Bourbon, and Waterville Vodka. Check out their full story from our friends at CTbites here: https://www.ctbites.com/.../two-cocktail-industry... Check out their liquor list and more information of their Waterbury lounge / tasting room on their website here: https://www.ctdistillingco.com/ |
