New Chinese Buffet planned for Newington!

A Chinese Buffet is coming soon to 196 Kitts Lane!

Not much is known about the specifics at this time. The leasing plan for the plaza at 172 Kitts Lane now lists the Chinese buffet as coming soon in space 196, the former Sanitas Walk-In. There is still a 5,001 sq. ft. space available in between the future buffet and Stop and Shop as well as a 13,300 sq. ft. space on the other side, the former Party City.

The plaza has seen an increase in new tenancy since the property was purchased earlier this year. Stickley Factory Outlet is operating a temporary location in the former Bob's space, which will later become Pickle City, a pickleball facility. Spirit Halloween also had a seasonal location in the former Party City.
