The newest concept from Max Hospitality Group has opened at the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield!

Max's Swing Lounge has opened their doors next door to Max's Tavern in the Hall of Fame. The new golf lounge offers a indoor golfing experience with Trackman Golf Simulators. Play over 300 world-famous courses without having to leave Springfield!

The stylish cloudhouse provides a luxurious atmosphere with food and beverages from the adjacent award-winning Max's Tavern! The clubhouse features 9 simulators, each capable of hosting a group of golfers. The space is also host to a large bar and dining room.

A few more updates for Holyoke Mall!

-Burlington will be moving out of the mall! Burlington will be relocating their Holyoke Mall store to the former Christmas Tree Shop store at Holyoke Crossing (39 Holyoke Street.) No timeline has been announced for the new store’s opening.

-A new tenant is finalizing plans for the former Sears store at the Holyoke Mall. The identity for the new store has not been announced. Landlord work in preparation for the new tenant is expected to begin early next year. Work includes demolition of the interior of the entire store to create a shell space including the demolition of the mall entrances in anticipation for a new design. Stay tuned for more info!

-A number of renovations are ongoing and are planned including the renovation of Foot Locker and the conversion of Finish Line into JD Sports.

A number of new stores and restaurants are coming to Holyoke Mall at Ingleside in Holyoke!

-XIMI Vogue, a Korean-inspired store is coming soon to the mall. The chain has over 1,100 stores throughout the world, the store offers affordable luxury, where lifestyle meets the latest trends. The store's closest location is in Trumbull, CT.

-Cho's Fish & Chips is coming soon to the mall's food court. The new fish & chip-ery will be located in the former The Greek Place space in the food court. Look for them to open soon!

-Go Calendar will open their seasonal store very soon at the mall! 

-Perfume Gallery is coming soon to the mall, the perfume shop will be located on the second floor near H&M. Look for them to open soon!

-Mystery Bins, a bin store, is now open in the former Dick's Warehouse Sale Store space! The store's moto is 'Black Friday Deals Everyday'. The store sells discount goods from bins throughout the store with a fixed daily price. 

-Other recent additions include Anugraha Brows, Hoyloke Convenience, LA Flawless, Miniso, and more.

The mall has seen a few notable closures recently including Ninety Nine restaurant, Alex Baby & Toys, Bob's Stores, Dick's Warehouse Sale Store, and a few others. The mall continues to add new exciting tenants to replace these. Look for more coming soon!
