The next phase of The Shops at Evergreen Walk is now underway! A number of new tenants are now coming soon that will take the center to the next level, integrating fitness into the center! -Lululemon will be opening a new pop-up store in South Windsor! The store is planned to be open for 11 months according to a job posting. The exact location at the center is unknown currently. We’ve reached out to Lululemon and Evergreen Walk's team for a location and timeline for them to open; we haven't heard back yet but will update the post when we do. The studio will open next door to Emerald City Smoothie next to Evergreen Walk Park! The store will occupy 1,542 square feet. The closest location of Stretchlab is in Glastonbury. No timeline has been announced for their opening. The center is expected to get new tenants in the following months including J Crew Factory & La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleria; an expansion of The Goddard School into a vacant space also appears to be in the works. A number of the remaining vacant spaces have ‘Letter of Intent’ signed; this includes the former Gap, Jos A Banks, BabyGap/Gap Kids, Moe’s, and 2/3 of the empty space next to Whole Foods! These are not guaranteed leases, but are a good sign that the remaining vacant space will be used soon! This will leave the center with just 4 vacancies if all these deals are finalized. These tenants join the recently opened Little Bird Clay Company and MySalon Suite.
