Developers are planning a new development on the Krawski property at 120-150 Buckland Road, located next to Aldi.
Citadel Property Advisors gave a presentation in front of the Economic Development Commission on June 26th. The group plans a new development featuring a new 120-room Marriott hotel, drive up & walk up coffee chain, a senior living facility, possibly a bank, and an additional 3,600-3,800 square feet of additional retail space. The group is in discussions with a smoothie chain to open in a portion of the remaining available retail space. The developer plans to keep a conservation area towards the rear of the property. The property was put on the market last fall with a price tag of $5 million; it has 18.2 acres of land with a former bed & breakfast and farm store on the property. These plans are still subject to all local approvals. The meeting was a preview of the prospective project. No applications have been made for the development.
