Cold Stone Creamery is coming back to South Windsor! The ice cream shop will be located next to the new Starbucks being built on Cedar Avenue! The shop will occupy the small space attached to Starbucks. The lease has been finalized and signed according to the franchise owner. The ice cream shop plans to open in 2025, with construction to begin hopefully in January. Cold Stone Creamery previously operated a location at The Shops at Evergreen Walk, the space is now home to Scout & Molly Boutique.
