The British American Club has closed their doors in Manchester and put their clubhouse up for sale. The social club was located at 73 Maple Street in Manchester. The 3,924 square foot building was constructed in 1939, has a complete bar, full kitchen setup, tables, chairs, restaurant equipment and more. There is also a full basement with more meeting space and a kitchen area. The asking price for the building is $375,000.
