WINSTED SCOOP: Shah's Halal Food opening soon!

Shah's Halal Food is continuing their Connecticut expansion with a new location in Winsted! The restaurant will be located at 8 South Main Street, the former ‘The River Eatery.’ The new eatery is expected to open on December 6th.

The restaurant serves gyros, falafel, burgers, chicken, fries, and baklava. The restaurant is a late night option, usually open until midnight or later.

The restaurant has locations in Middletown, Newington, Stamford, Stratford, Bridgeport, and Danbury. They have new locations coming soon in Vernon, Waterbury, and East Hartford.
