Bath & Body Works has officially moved out of the Brass Mill Center and into their new digs on Chase Avenue in Waterbury!
The store has moved to 180 Chase Avenue, in the Stop & Shop Plaza. The store occupies just over 4,000 square feet of space once home to PCX. Bath & Body Works is just the first in a new slate of tenants for the plaza including Five Below and Go Health Urgent Care. The relocation comes as another crushing blow to the struggling mall. The property is owned by Kohan Retail Investment Group. They have sought to reinvigorate the mall by reopening the movie theater with Apple Cinemas; also the addition of a bagel & coffee shop and a Jamaican restaurant. The mall has lost numerous tenants in recent years including Pretzel Maker, Rainbow, Track23, and Ardene.
