WALLINGFORD SCOOP: Couch Potato closes at Holiday Cinemas

COUCH Potato Home of the load Mac N Taters has closed their location at Holiday Cinemas in Wallingford.

The loaded baked potato restaurant opened in early July inside the Holiday Cinemas at 970 North Colony Road in Wallingford. The restaurant was the second location, behind the original at 130 Scott Road in Waterbury.

Couch Potato still plans to open a new location later this year in Southington, though the exact location in town has not been announced.

The eatery sells baked potatos loaded with all kinds of goodies, 'stuffed couches' loaded hot dogs, loaded macs. Baked Potato options include Cheesey Chicken Broccoli, Jamaican Me Cheesy, Couch Potato (meat lover pizza), Mac N Tater, Surf N Turf, and many more.
