STAMFORD SCOOP: Pieology closes last CT location!

Pieology has permanently closed their location at Stamford Town Center!

The pizza chain closed their lone Connecticut outpost last month after 7 years at the mall. They opened in 2017 in the mall's 'Restaurant Plaza' area.

The pizza place featured a Subway-style pizza station to build your own custom pie, as well as salads, calzones, and more. The local franchisees operated a second location in Brookfield before transforming that space into Bar Naan, an Indian restaurant.

The Restaurant Plaza at Stamford Town Center has seen increased occupancy in the last 2 years including the addition of New York Comedy Club, Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse, Puerto Vallarta, and has Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao coming soon.
