SOUTHINGTON SCOOP: Five Below planned for Shoprite Plaza

Five Below is planning a new Southington location at Shoprite Plaza!

The store plans to occupy the former CVS Pharmacy space between Verizon and Shoprite, the store is nearing the end of lease negotiations with the project entering the bid process. The 8,555 square foot space would be completely renovated including a new storefront for Five Below!

Corporate could not provide a potential opening date, but bidding for the construction of the project is underway. The addition of Five Below will leave the plaza with one vacancy, the former Luen Hop Chinese restaurant. The plaza will soon welcome Plato's Closet to their lineup as well.
