A new restaurant is coming soon to Rocky Hill! Flock & Herd, a new gastropub concept from Manchester's Trattoria Toscana, is coming soon to 945B Cromwell Avenue in Rocky Hill! The new restaurant will feature an innovative menu from Executive Chef Michael Beers. The restaurant replaces Bar Baja in the Cold Spring Plaza.
