Bright Light Diner will be opening their doors tomorrow (09/23) at 6am! The new diner will be located at 33 East Street in Plainville.
The former Burger King-turned Hibachi/Thai restaurant has been completely transformed into a beautiful diner. The diner will serve traditional diner foods including breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Note: The restaurant will be cash-only for at-least their first day of business while their credit card systems are set up. The restaurant is owned by Plainville residents Fernando Hernandez and Rosie Fransisco, Mexican immigrants that came to the US in search of the American Dream! Fernando has previously ran the kitchen at Pagliacci’s in Plainville, while Rosie worked at Fancy Bagel in Farmington. Make sure you stop by and give them a try! They are open tomorrow 6am-9pm!
