More restaurants are on the way to The Waypointe complex in Norwalk! A new BBQ chain and diner will soon make the complex their home! -Mighty Quinn's Barbeque is planning to open their first CT location at 11 Merwin Street in Norwalk, in the former Bobby Q's Cue and short-lived Lechon Smokehouse. The chain currently has 13 locations total located throughout NY, NJ, MD, and FL. Bobby Q's opened in 2017 and closed in 2021 after the owner Bob LeRose passed away. Lechon Smokehouse opened in early August 2023 and closed in late August or early September. No timeline has been announced for their opening. The diner is a fan-favorite in Stamford and has been featured on Food Network, Delish, and more. The diner features typical diner-food including burgers, milkshakes, sandwiches, and much more.
