NEW MILFORD SCOOP: Planet Fitness planning new location!

A new Planet Fitness is planned for New Milford!

The gym is planning to occupy a portion of the former TJ Maxx space at Sunny Valley Shops, 124 Danbury Road. The 24/5 gym would occupy roughly 15,000 square feet of the old TJ Maxx. A new 9,000 +/- square foot space would be carved out for a future tenant.

The project is currently going through the bidding phase with construction planned for later this year if all goes to plan. The closest Planet Fitness to New Milford is 11 miles away in Danbury.
