MULTI-TOWN SCOOP: Wonder plans 3 CT restaurants, 2 opening in January

Wonder is preparing to open their first Connecticut location in Stamford! This is only the first of 3 new CT locations opening next year; new locations include Fairfield and Darien!

-The micro foodhall concept will be opening at 1131 High Ridge Road, part of High Ridge Center. The new restaurant will open in January! The eatery will be located next to Peter Suchy Jewelers.

-Wonder will be opening at 1885 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, the former Billy's Bakery. The new restaurant will also open in January! Billy's closed in 2023 after decades of business in Fairfield.

-Wonder plans to open a new location in Darien at 1897 Post Road, a new mixed-use building. The new eatery plans to begin construction in late March, though no estimated opening date was announced.

Wonder is a new restaurant startup stared in 2018, creating a virtual food hall out of their small store spaces. Wonder features cuisine from restaurants around the country and many Celebrity Chefs including Alanza Pizza, Bankside by JJ Johnson, Bobby Flay Steak, Detroit Brick Pizza Co., Streetbird by Marcus Samuelsson, and many more! They will serve Chinese, Sushi, Pizza, Poke Bowls, Pasta, Mexican, Spanish, and much much more! Each location has at least 10 restaurant concepts.
