Sift Bake Shop is coming to Mohegan Sun!
Mystic-based Sift Bake Shop will open their fourth location at Mohegan Sun Casino! The bakery will open in the Winter entrance of the resort. The new bakery will feature ATY Bar & Bonbons, presented by Grey Goose. This will be a boutique chocolate experience. The bake shop, owned and operated by Pastry Chef Adam Young, features a wide variety of artisanal breads, breakfast pastries, and sweet and savory delights. Each menu item starts from scratch with only the best and freshest ingredients with everything made in-house. Featuring a full barista, guests can enjoy coffees, lattes, artisanal beverages, and more. Mohegan Sun said in a statement: ‘Sift Bake Shop at Mohegan Sun will also proudly feature A.T.Y Bar & Bonbons presented by Grey Goose, a boutique chocolate experience that inspires elegance in everyday life.
