Work is officially starting on the new Insomnia Cookies in Hartford!
The new cookie shop will be located at 247 Asylum Street in Hartford, CT. The restaurant will occupy a 1,613 square foot space formerly home to Ticket World / Pro Park. The store will transform the space into a little cookie shop. Insomnia is a fast-growing chain of cookie shops throughout the country. The chain has 2 locations in Connecticut; including New Haven and Storrs. The chain is known for their creative flavors, cookies baked fresh, and delivered until 3am everyday! The chain plans to open this fall!
