GUILFORD SCOOP: Target begins construction!

KConstruction has officially started construction on the new Target store coming to Guilford!

Target is coming soon to Shoreline Plaza at 900 Boston Post Road! The store will occupy 78,050 square feet of space formerly occupied by Walmart and temporarily as Blaze Pickleball.

The store is expected to open in August of 2025. The building will receive a total renovation inside and out including a completely new facade for the retailer.

This is one of the many big names coming to Guilford next year including TJ Maxx and Old Navy at Guilford Commons. 2025 will be a big year for Guilford's retail scene.
