GUILFORD SCOOP: Old Navy to begin construction soon!

Old Navy is coming soon to Guilford Commons at 1919 Boston Post Road! We were the first to break the news about their plans last November.

We are now getting out first look at what the store will look like! The store will occupy about 11,500 square feet of space once occupied by Charming Charlie's and Mattress Firm. The store will be smaller than most Old Navy stores; stores usually range between 15,000 and 20,000 square feet.

The new store is expected to open sometime in 2025. Old Navy will also be joined by TJ Maxx in the shopping plaza. TJ Maxx will occupy the former Bed Bath & Beyond space next to The Fresh Market. The plaza recently lost F45, a personal training studio chain.
