Coastline Fitness is coming soon; setting up new locations in both Groton and East Lyme! -Coastline Fitness will be opening a new state of the art facility at 60 Plaza Court in Groton; the former Benny's store. The gym will begin construction very soon, with an opening planned for 2025. -The gym will be opening a new gym at 15 Industrial Park Road in East Lyme; part of the former Bob's Furniture store complex (the Outlet store). Bob's relocated to New London in 2019. The gym will begin construction very soon, with an opening planned for 2025. Coastline has 2 existing locations, one in Old Saybrook and the other in Clinton. Both facilities offer top-notch equipment, diverse classes, and a welcoming environment to help you achieve your fitness goals. The gym offers personal training and fitness classes. Coastline Fitness was established in 2021 on the shoreline to provide the community with a full-service health club.
