From Chan Bakeshop will officially open their new Cromwell location on Tuesday, December 17th! The new bakery will be located at 50 Berlin Road in Cromwell (former Dunkin next to Sherwin Williams) From Chan opened a location at 6 Wapping Road Broad Brook, CT earlier this year, taking over a small bakery named Frankie B's. Chef Chan has been perfecting her recipes and is now ready to showcase them to Cromwell! The bakeshop will feature American classics, as well as French and Asian pastries. Gourmet coffee/espresso and handcrafted drinks will also be on the menu. Chan Graham was a pastry chef at Bounom in Avon, later she opened a restaurant at Parkville Market called “Chan Street Fusion” in Hartford.
