CROMWELL SCOOP: Barb's Pizza signs a lease for new location

Barb's Pizza has signed a lease for a new Cromwell location!

Barb's Pizza will again have a Cromwell location; the pizza shop has leased the recently vacant Wooster Street Pizza location at 77 Berlin Road.

Owner Barry Arpaia said they are just starting the process towards opening. He said there is an enourmous amount of work to be done inside; but the space has good bones. The restaurant will take some time to complete, but he will make sure it is done right. Stay tuned for more updates as this project gets started.

Barb's had a location at The Shops at Cromwell Square before closing in 2023. Barb’s also had a location on Farmington Ave in West Hartford that was sold to Zephyr Street Pizza in 2021.

Barb's also has a new location under construction in Southington at Factory Square, a collection of small businesses at 168 Center Street. The location is nearing completion; just waiting on a final inspection before equipment can be installed. He did not have an anticipated opening date, but make sure you follow The Southington Scoop where we will cover their opening when it is announced!
