BROAD BROOK SCOOP: New bakery to take over Frankie B's Bakery!

From Chan Bakeshop will take over Frankie B's Bakery at 6 Wapping Road in Broad Brook, the new owner will be onsite on Monday! From Chan Bakeshop is also coming soon to 50 Berlin Road in Cromwell.

The bakeshop will feature American classics, as well as French and Asian pastries. Gourmet coffees and handcrafted drinks will also be on the menu

Chan Graham was a pastry chef at Bounom in Avon, later she opened a restaurant at Parkville Market called “Chan Street Fusion” in Hartford.

Frankie B’s opened their bakery in February alongside their restaurant in Vernon.
