Connecticut's first Ross Dress for Less is still coming to Trumbull's Hawley Lane Mall!
The store will occupy the 25,331 square foot former Homegoods store at 100 Hawley Lane; they plan minor changes to finishes, egress doors, and signage for the project. The retailer received their building permit on July 30th despite originally applying for permits back in March. Ross plans to spend on $835,000 on the tenant fit out of the store. The store was originally expected to open this fall, it's unclear how the permitting delays effect their opening date. Representatives for the retailer could not provide any information. Look for construction to begin soon now that they have permits in hand!
